CO-ORDINATOR FOR COACHING & EDUCATION

The Duties listed below allow for personal creativity and may vary from Centre to Centre

The Co-ordinator for Coaching & Education shall be responsible for:

Liaising with other centre coaches establish and conduct regular coaching sessions for all Athletes for all events.
The provision of Association sponsored clinics to assist in the development of the skills of the Coaches, Group Managers and members of the Centre.
The provision of specialised Coaching Clinics to assist in the development of the skills of the Athletes.
Ensuring adequate representation by the Centre at Association Coaching Courses.
Ensure that at the beginning of each Season an up-date of Coaching Personnel, level and payment of annual fee to be sent to the Coaches Club.
Ensure Coaches Register is up-dated and Membership Fees and Forms are completed and returned to the Coaches Club as required prior to the start of each Season.
Liaising with committee of who would like to become a coach and getting information for them.
