VOLUNTEERS COORDINATOR

The Duties listed below allow for personal creativity and may vary from Centre to Centre. The Volunteers Coordinator shall be responsible for:

Ensure that sufficient Volunteers are available to ensure the smooth running of the Centre both at and outside of regular meets.
Matching the skills, experiences and expectations of Volunteers to the available positions
Promote Volunteering within the Centre by organising a Parent Orientation course for new parents.
Locate Volunteers within the Centre, look after their interests, introductions and induction
Work towards a reward and recognition policy for all Volunteers
Maintain communication channels between Volunteers and the rest of the Centre
Ensure activities of Volunteers conform to the Policies and Code of Conduct of the Centre
