Where Where

Southern Districts LAC, Bowker Street, Brighton.

Parent Responsibilities >

We will be required to run one or two events, and will required a chaperone for each age group we have athletes competing in.

We are also required to provide Officials on the night at the Shot Put.

How it works

Regional Day operates like a normal centre meeting, just with a lot more athletes! Each age group (U6-U17) will have five events scheduled throughout the day. Events are run to a fixed timetable. Each age group from each centre needs to provide a chaperone to record results for their athletes. All events are run by officials from a nominated centre.

All athletes who participate in the Regional Games will receive a certificate and a track suit badge at our next Friday meeting following the Regional Games.

A shield will be awarded to the centre who has the greatest percentage of their registered athletes attending the Regional Games. Please come along to this day and help us to be the inaugural winners of this shield!
