
Canteen Manager
The Duties listed below allow for personal creativity and may vary from
Centre to Centre.
The Canteen Officer shall be responsible for:
- The provision and
operation of the Canteen on every Centre running day.
- Stock control - maintaining stock so not out of date.
- Ensure that all
Association Products are sold through your Centre Canteen.
- The adequate staffing
of the Canteen. (Minimum of three people - 1 cooking and 2 serving)
- The
accounting/book-keeping of all provisions purchased, sold and held by the
Canteen.
- Preparing a report for
monthly committee meetings.
- The remittance to the
Treasurer of all moneys collected from the operation of the Canteen.
- Maintaining Cleanliness
of Canteen/BBQ area.
- Preparing an Annual
Report for AGM.
