The Duties listed below allow for personal creativity and may vary from Centre to Centre
The Canteen Officer shall be responsible for:

? The provision and operation of the Canteen on every Centre running day.
? Ensure that all Association Products are sold through your Centre Canteen.
? The adequate staffing of the Canteen.
? The accounting of all provisions purchased, sold and held by the Canteen.
? The remittance to the Treasurer of all moneys collected from the operation of the Canteen.
