What is it?

The idea of joint meets with Reynella East and Districts LAC (REDLA) grew out of a need to provide training and development for new Parents and Carers early in the Little Athletics Season.

One Friday night REDLA will come to Hallett Cove and on a Sunday, Hallett Cove will go to REDLA.

By combining with the REDLA it frees up Committee and Officials to assist new parents and carers to learn about how to chaperone, measure and time keep and to run induction, officials and coaching courses. Officials for REDLA will run some of our events for the night and vice versa on the Sunday.

Initially this was just done as an 'Officials Swap', however quite a few athletes from each centre competed at the event but their results were not recorded for awards purposes. To enable this, the 'Swap' has now become an official meet between the two centres.

Who is it for?

All athletes including Tiny Tots and Under 6's to Under 17's can compete.

When & Where
